WHO WE ARE

• • We’re a hard working group of creative types.

    With backgrounds in architecture, art, advertising, food and filmmaking, there’s not much outside of our wheel-house. It goes without saying, film is a big passion. When we’re not working on projects for Black Bear, we’re writing and planning on our next narrative piece or travel adventure.

    As one of the founders of Black Bear, Adrian spent years working for ad agencies, directing and editing in-house, including commercials and a press winning social media campaign for the California Avocado Commission. Some of those projects are presented here to show the range of work he’s done over the years.

    His short film, “Hello” was recently part of the Cannes Short Film Corner in France. A  dark, psychologically themed film, the emotional ride is a sharp contrast from the visual beauty of the film.     You can add a 2018 Gold Telly Award to Adrian’s list of achievements for his directing work on a music PSA for the NAMM Foundation, which can be seen on the press page.

WORK

We make beautiful images to go along with compelling stories.

And we love all aspects of production and getting things done. 

Frombroadcast spots and social media content, to brand films that fully take advantage of our backgrounds as writers, directors and visual artists. 

We take productions from their very early creative beginnings through to final delivery. If it’s already a wrap, we come in and handle post—editorial,music, visual effects and final color.
